Your satisifaction is our top priority from the moment that your order is placed. We take pride in crafting a quality garment for each customer that will help you remember that you are beautiful. We deal with two types of orders through the website, tailored and off the rack.
About tailored orders:
A tailored garment is one that has been crafted to your exact sizing;
An order is tailored if any part of that order is tailored;
Within 24 hours of recieving your order we will e-mail you to request confirmation and measurements. Included in that e-mail will be a simple and easy to use measuring sheet. All that is required to complete the measurement sheet is a tape measure, although we do recomend that you have a friend, partner or family member help take your measurements;
Once your confirmation and measurements have been returned to us we will draft patterns for each tailored item to match your personal sizing. This ensures a perfect fit and means that your garment is truly your own;
Once your patterns have been drafted we begin producing your garments. Generally speaking it can take up to 4 weeks to craft the required items for an order. Orders are tailored based on when they arrive, earlier orders first. For this reason there may be seasonal delays;
Once all items have been tailored the entire order will ship at once in a single package;
Once the order has been shipped we will send you an e-mail with the tracking number for your package.
About off the rack orders
An order is off the rack if all parts of that order are off the rack.
Within 24 hours of recieving your order we will e-mail you to request confirmation;
Once your confirmation has been returned to us we will verify stock to ensure that your order can be filled;
If all items are in stock we will ship the order within 5 business days. Otherwise we will send an e-mail within that period to indicate that there is a back order or delay. In the case of a back order you may request an alternate item or wait for the original item to come into stock;
Should there be a back order you may request that all remaining items be shipped. However you will be asked to pay additional shipping costs for the back ordered item once it is available;
Once the order has been shipped we will send you an e-mail with the tracking number for your package.
