Where is To Die For Designs located?
To Die For Designs is located in Oshawa Ontario Canada. Oshawa is about 45 minutes east of Toronto's downtown core.

How can I pay for an order?
The shopping cart is powered by PayPal.com™. It can directly accept payment from a paypal account, from most major credit cards and in some parts of the world straight from your bank account. If you are unable to pay through one of these methods, simply email us for other options.
What currency are the prices in?
All prices are in Canadian dollars.
What about foreign conversion?
In most circumstances foreign conversion is handled directly by Paypal.
How are taxes calculated?
For Canadian customers a 15% tax appH2es (7% GST and 8% pst) for international orders the tax is 7% GST only.
About the Clothing:
How is the clothing sized?
For web site purchases items are available in either tailored or off the rack sizing. Measuring for a tailored fit is very easy. We can talk you through it in e-mail and the measurement form is very easy to fill out off the rack sizes can be found here.
How long will I have to wait for my order?
Normally, your order will ship within 1 month of your order being placed. In special circumstances we may be able to rush the completion of your order, or ship it via special means. However we cannot begin crafting an order until we receive measurements. Therefore, for custom crafted items there may be a longer than usual wait if there is a delay before we recieve your measurements.
What materials do you use?
We use a variety of materials; brocades, PVC's, satin, velvet, silks and synthetics you can see samples here.
What if I am not satisfied with my purchase once I receive it?
Returns are covered under the returns policy.

What sort of addresses can I have my garment shipped to?
You can have your garment shipped to any paypal confirmed address. For more information, please visit PayPal
How will my purchase ship?
Your purchase will ship via Canada Post's priority post service with insurance. You can also upgrade your shipping to Fedex, however this will lead to additional costs.
How will my purchase be packaged?
Your package will be packaged securely and discretely.
How is shipping calculated?
PayPal adds a set shipping fee based on the final purchase value
